**NPI Planner - New Product Introduction**
**As part of the Global Supply Chain Planning Team, you are responsible **for demand, supply and inventory planning of New Product Introductions and works collaboratively across Operations and closely with Strategy Marketing to support the End to End New Product Development Process**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop initial Launch forecast incl. best/worst case scenarios in collaborating with Marketing
- Responsible for Business Plan tie outs and cannibalization scenarios in line with the Product Life Cycle Strategy
- Manage Planning inputs for the New Product Development Process to support NPI decisions
- Monitor milestone incl. Master Data Set-up, Capacity analyzes and initial forecast load
- Evaluate Supply Commits based on Supply Feedbacks
- Collaborate closely with various internal functions to support the New Product Development Process and raise risk & opportunities
- Drive mitigation of Supply constraints and assists in capacity reviews
- Manage pre-build of launch volumes and roll-out plans to meet business plans
- Responsible for NPI inputs to the S&OP process to support decision making
**Qualifications**
- A minimum of a University/bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required
- A minimum 4-6 years related work experience is required
- Planning experience (Demand/Supply/Inventory Planning) is required
- Analytical and strong time management skills required
- Strong proficiency Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint required
- Good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, JDE or equivalent) and information technology is required
- Strong team player, ability to work with diverse cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently in a structured and determined way.
- Managing priorities and providing reliable results.
- Ability to network and build strong collaborative relationships
- Ability to communicate clearly to all levels within a matrix organization
- Experience in the Health Care Industry is preferred
