The brand Freud is an industry leader for more than 50 years in manufacturing woodworking tools. Freud’s full line of high-quality woodworking tools includes saw blades, router bits, cutter heads, and more.

**Job Description**:

- Together with a dedicated marketing team, you develop freud to the leading brand in the industry with strong digital infrastructure & online presence
- You lead the international freud sales team to sustainable success by implementing a worldwide freud strategy and driving sales excellence
- You extend and foster local freud field sales forces in top country markets and through regional headquarters
- You explore user needs through a strong cooperation with agile teams to design, implement and launch new product and service solutions with smart commercialization concepts

**Qualifications**:

- University degree in Business Administration or similar qualifications
- Proven track record in Sales Management with >10 years of experience
- Ability to design successful sales & marketing concepts
- Proven track record leading an international and cross-functional team
- Independent, self-motivated, assertive and empathic personality with a high entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent communicator and team player with very good presentation and cooperation skills
- Fluent in English and German
