**Global Digital Customer Solutions Lead**

Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. provides account management and customer support services to key health care customers, including hospital systems and group purchasing organizations, leading health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, and government health care institutions. The company also provides contract management, logistics and supply chain functions for the major Johnson & Johnson franchises.

Johnson & Johnson’s Deliver Organization is part of Johnson & Johnson Global Supply Chain supporting operations across all of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies in every region of the world where Johnson & Johnson operates. Deliver strives to achieve an exceptional customer experience through leading critical customer-facing-functions such as customer service, distribution, transportation, and the **digital integration of customer facing solutions**. In addition, Deliver coordinates critical business enablers, including how we gather and manage supply chain master data, safe and secure supply chain practices, product identification standards, and market/channel access capabilities.

As the Global Digital Customer Solutions Lead, you will lead and support the strategic roadmap development and tactical execution of projects for the digital integration of customer facing inventory management and eCommerce solutions. You will be directly responsible for delivering a digitally enabled supply chain experience that instills customer confidence in Johnson & Johnson’s customer promise of delivering “right product, right time, right place”; and that creates business value for our customers while improving patient outcomes. You have a focus on both the business and the technical aspects of solution development, deployment, and improvement. You will lead collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, and Information Technology to anticipate customer needs and to implement Supply Chain digital solutions that improve the customer experience and digitally integrate the end-to-end Supply Chain.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and improve field-based inventory management and eCommerce solutions for the Johnson & Johnson MedTech family of businesses.
- Build and own clear business strategies to digitally connect intelligent systems using an “API-First” approach to ingest, access, reuse, manage, and process data—in ways that are interoperable across the digital health ecosystem.
- Actively identify and lead projects or programs to implement MedTech Inventory Management and eCommerce solutions, including developing actionable recommendations, implementing the same, and providing management readouts on outcomes.
- Lead direct customer interaction in the assessment and the delivery of customer facing solutions including the support of strategy development, project prioritization, and proactively encouraging relationships with IT, Supply Chain and Commercial Operations teams.
- Plan and execute global e-capabilities projects including strategy development, business requirements gathering, business integration testing, user acceptance testing, functional setup, deployment, and ongoing technology enhancements.
- Lead the digital integration and continuous improvement of transactional automation across multiple J&J ERP platforms and healthcare systems.
- Demonstrate complete autonomy to assess the supply chain, recommend and implement digital solutions as required by regional leadership and the customer, and plan and provide significant recommendations for consideration into the Deliver organization.
- Develop product roadmaps, goals & objectives, and business plans that help senior leaders carve out the digital product vision and develop long range financial plans.
- Build strong IT partnership to gain a holistic view across multiple field-based customer portals and ERP transformation initiatives to realize, extend, and prioritize business solutions that most effectively achieve stakeholder goals.
- Lead technical planning and review of new solutions that improve efficiency for business processes (example: consignment replenishment process, multi franchise integration, demand sensing analytics) ensuring adherence with IT processes and compliance.
- Develop and manage internal and external partnerships by demonstrating strong leadership, project management, collaboration, analytical, and communication skills.

**Qualifications**
**Education**:
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree **required**; focused degree in Supply Chain, Information Technology, Data & Analytics, or Engineering **preferred**

**Experience and Skills**:
**Required**:

- Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in IT, Supply Chain/Logistics, Engineering, or other technology field, is** required.**:
