**Overview**
Johnson & Johnson MedTech Switzerland is recruiting a supply chain professional with excellent leadership skills for a Customer Service Management role.

The successful applicant will lead the operations of the MedTech Customer Service department in Switzerland. You will deliver an outstanding customer experience by focusing on providing excellence in customer care and Order-To-Cash processes. You will play an active role within the organization and collaborate with business partners in cross-functional departments. As a successful change agent, you are a role model of the continuous improvement and process optimization.
**Further responsibilities and duties are**
- Build strongly motivated and customer-centric team.
- Improve service experience creating engaged and satisfied customers.
- Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution.
- Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Adhere and manage to the agreed budget in line with the cost efficiency targets.
- Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused on that mission.
- Drive digital and intelligent automation strategy.
- Accountable for process simplification and continuous improvement, reducing waste and pursuing the right first-time approach.
- Partner with the E2E Supply Chain and Commercial to promote teamwork and partnership.
- Champion talent development, DE&I and live Our Credo Values.
**Qualifications**:
- University degree in Supply Chain / Business
- Proven working experience in Customer Service
- Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills
- Sophisticated troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent analytical, influencing and collaboration skills
- Ability to think strategically and to lead complex operations
- Continuous improvement mentality
- Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
- Proficient in German and English
- System experience in JDE, SAP, Tableau, Power BI, Excel preferred
- Experience in Healthcare and/or Medical Devices industry
