As a Global Product Manager you are responsible for the portfolio management for the product category Universal Accessories . This includes price positioning, product performance, quality, competitive analyses and life-cycle management in a cross-functional and international team.

- You will be responsible for the global portfolio management for the product category Universal Accessories (including price positioning, product performance, quality, competitive analyses, life-cycle management).
- In this context, you will collaborate on the global product strategy and share responsibility for the commercial success of the product segment.
- Project management will be a key task and you will lead multiple product development- and introduction projects simultaneously.
- In your function, you will become a central point of contact for product knowledge and are responsibility for stakeholder management across all entire Bosch Power Tool divisions.
- You are collaborating with Marketing- and launch teams, and design product communication packages.
- With your open mindset, you will review customer and market needs (UX) and plan and execute market visits.
- Your tasks are rounded off by tracking the competitive environment and customer satisfaction to increase competitiveness and product quality.

- Education: Completed studies in marketing or (business) engineering or comparable qualification
- Experience and know-how: Experience in product management or project management and market research are of advantage
- Personality and working style: Distinct ability to convince, self-responsible and self-organized, customer-oriented with entrepreneurial spirit and strong communication skills, good analytical skills, hands-on attitude to power tools and accessories
- Languages: Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Willingness to travel: 5-10%
