**Job Description**:

- Defines and develops the global Social Media strategy for Accessories, aligned with the overall Power Tools and Corporate strategies, taking into consideration regional needs
- Grows and nurtures an active and engaging social media audience for Bosch Accessories based on brand strategy and marketing concepts for the global market
- Manages influencer programs according to global strategy that delight and engage our local and regional audiences
- Global responsibility for the PT-AC online reputation management, defining strategies processes, and measures.

**Qualifications**:

- Deep knowledge of Social Media Marketing
- 3+ years of relevant professional Social Media experience
- Proven track record in successfully managing social media projects for consumer brands
- Data-driven decision making
- Result oriented and strong user centered approach
- A team player with excellent stakeholder management
- Self-responsible & willingness to learn and grow
- Analytic and negotiation skills as well as UX and agile working methods
- Fluent English skills written and spoken. Other European languages are a plus
