**EMEA Marketing Manager Spine**:
**Position duties and responsibilities**
Demonstrate the ability to apply+ the following competencies to brand or portfolio
**BRAND STRATEGY**: The ability to plan and build a differentiated and clearly positioned brand that engages commit customers and grows sales.
**CUSTOMERS INSIGHTS AND ANALYTICS**: The ability to identify customer insights and market trends, including relationships with customers and influencers that improve delivery of marketing strategy and business results.
**MARKETING PLANNING AND EXECUTION**: The ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to effectively achieve business goals.
**STRATEGIC INNOVATION AND PIPELINE PREPARATION**: The ability to translate insights into strategies that meet category business needs to delivery long-term profitable growth.
**LAUNCH EXCELLENCE**: The ability to commercialize a product in a manner consistent with the New Product Development (NPD) process that achieves peak sales in a timely manner and delivers sustained business growth.
**MARKETING COMMUNICATION**: The ability to frame a story and align others to a business building outcome.
**Other responsibilities**:
Actively partner with our internal and external partners
On the respective product portfolio: to support:
- Portfolio Lifecycle management and segmentation, forecasting and obsolescence planning with the countries
- Develop Marketing campaigns and marketing materials (incl. surgical technique, etc)
- New Product launch and capability planning
- Develop Pricing strategy and supervise execution with the countries
- KOL management
- Commercial education
- Professional education
- Marketing & Business plan preparation work
- Collaborate with rest of EMEA marketing team
- Collaborate with Franchise Marketing and R&D on product pipeline and prioritization
- Map and understand the market situation
- Work on Business Cases to address the opportunity together with the countries
- Plan and implement the roll-out plans to address the opportunity
- Partner on Strategic Account Management process: key account acquisition and build-up of reference centers
- Gain deep market insight and understanding within the field of competency; drive this knowledge into the markets
- Competitive assessments
- Participate in strategic portfolio planning
**Qualifications**
- Higher Education completed
- Graduate preferably in a life science
- Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma an advantage but not essential
- Regional Sales Manager experience preferred
- Previous marketing experience in a Healthcare Company
- Sales experience preferred but not crucial
- Fluent in English
