Product Development Project Manager

This role involves leading project and issue management activities, strategic programs, and driving operational excellence between DePuy Synthes and external manufacturing partners.
About the Role- Lead/Execute projects in line with standard project management guidelines.
- Instill and maintain a sense of urgency and customer focus within the Supply Chain team in collaboration with external manufacturing partners.
- Ensure that projects are performed in compliance with the Quality System and drive efforts to improve a culture of quality and compliance.
- Develop strong business partner relationships throughout the organization to ensure excellence in project execution.
- Develop in-depth understanding of various business processes, governances and supporting systems and the tools/templates used for project & portfolio management.
- Demonstrate strong project management skills, including accurate and effective project planning, creation of shared team goals, delivering project in line with established milestone dates, resource management, capital/expense management, developing and executing communication plans, leading resolution of risks & issues, risk management and balancing multiple activities to accomplish goals.
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree required; Engineering, Science, or a related Field required.
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience.
- Project Management experience.
- Demonstrated ability applying project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and organizational change techniques.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills (written, presentation, meeting management, documentation) to effectively persuade and work across functions and with external business partners.
- English proficiency (mandatory).
- Ability to comply with J&J Flex Work model (minimum 3 days on-site per week in Zuchwil, CH office) (mandatory).
