**Senior Manager Supply Chain - Operational Excellence**

**Position overview**

DePuy Synthes TECA Supply Chain is recruiting an Operational Excellence Lead. Reporting to the Senior Director Strategic Collaboration, this position will act as a connector across functions in order to prioritize and to execute on supply
- and product issue resolutions within the global Supplier network. He/She defines and delivers a governance framework that drives accountability in improving our Supply Chain reliability. The framework will provide consistency and sustainability through a focus on performance metrics to minimize supply interruptions.

Possible work locations are: Zug or Zuchwil in Switzerland. In the US instead possible work locations are: Malvern (PA), Raynham (MA), New Brunswick (NJ), Piscataway (NJ), Bridgewater (NJ), Jacksonville (FL), West Chester (PA.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Partnering with DePuy Synthes TECA SCLT to ensure alignment in business priorities
- Coordinate and provide the leadership with internal and external stakeholders to ensuring effective management of supply
- and product issues
- Provides timely and regular status reporting to TECA SCLT
- Determine continuous improvement opportunities in the operating model to support best-in-class issue management
- Identify, quantify and assess potential business interruption risks and establish recovery strategies
- Design and implement a robust governance process to ensure proper oversight of the Supply Issue management exists to drive accountability for al functions involved
- Collaborate with other Supply Chain Functions (Value Stream, Product Management, Source) and R&D to build a consistent and sustainable governance process with a focus on complexity prevention when launching new Product flows in the global Supplier network
- Develop Operational Excellence processes based on learning of opportunities / issues

**Extended Responsibility**:

- Act as a PMO for the Strategic collaboration Project portfolio; Establishing standards to follow in planning and executing on Project orders

**Qualifications**
- University Bachelor or Master degree
- 10+ years of work experience in Supply Chain, Operations or Manufacturing
- Excellent understanding of End-to-End Supply Chain processes, Network and Product Portfolio
- Strong analytical & conceptional skills
- Ability to work effectively with peers both internally and externally without direct reporting lines
- Demonstrated high level of achievement in recent assignments.
- Strategic thinker who challenges the status quo, driven and focused on results and execution
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to present complex information to Leadership team.
- Passionate to realize and to make things happen
- Excellent Leadership and teamwork skills, Personality with integrity, high level of initiative, hands-on mentality and positive thinking
