Im Bereich Health & Safety für Heineken Schweiz sowie unsere Tochtergesellschaft Stardrinks AG suchen wir **mit Arbeitsort Chur oder Luzern** eine vielseitig interessierte, engagierte, verantwortungsbewusste und erfahrene Persönlichkeit mit Passion für Sicherheit und Gesundheit.

In dieser Rolle bist Du direkt dem Manager Human Resources unterstellt. Du bist verantwortlich für die Pflege sowie die strategische und konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung der Gesundheits
- und Sicherheitsinitiativen der Heineken Schweiz AG an allen Standorten.

Folgende Aufgaben bilden den Schwerpunkt Deines Tätigkeitgebietes:

- Anleitung, Beratung und Unterstützung von Funktions
- und Standortleitern, um sicherzustellen, dass Strategien, Richtlinien und Initiativen in Bezug auf Gesundheit und Sicherheit zum Geschäftserfolg beitragen und Heineken Schweiz zu einem attraktiven Arbeitsplatz machen
- Aktives Einbringen und Sicherstellen der Umsetzung der globalen Heineken Gesundheits
- und Sicherheitsstrategie innerhalb von Heineken Schweiz in Übereinstimmung mit den Unternehmenszielen sowie den betrieblichen und den gesetzlichen Anforderungen
- Anlaufstelle für die Mitarbeitenden aller Standorte für individuelle Fragestellungen sowie für externe Fachstellen und Behörden/Ämter
- Durchführen von Sicherheitsrundgängen und Audits an allen Standorten in der Schweiz
- Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Schulungen zum Thema Arbeitssicherheit/Gesundheitsschutz sowie Coaching im Rahmen verschiedener Sicherheitsthemen (Prozesse, Maschinen, Chemikalien, Gabelstapler, explosive Atmosphären usw.)
- Betreiben eines ganzheitlichen Reportingsystems mit Berichterstattung an das Management Team sowie Führen von Statistiken zu Unfällen und anderen medizinischen Absenzen inkl. Unfalluntersuchungen
- Unterstützung innerhalb der Produktion sowie im Bereich Customer Service, Logistik und Planning sowie deren Teams bei der Umsetzung des kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprogramms von Heineken im Bereich Gesundheit und Sicherheit.

Wir erwarten wir folgende Voraussetzungen**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im technischen Bereich, ggf. in Verbindung mit einer Weiterbildung an einer höheren Fachschule und/oder einer Weiterbildung zum Sicherheitsfachmann/-frau EKAS
- Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion innerhalb eines Produktionsbetriebes (vorzugsweise in der Konsumgüterindustrie) und in der Logistik sowie Erfahrung mit KVP Methoden (TPM, Lean Six Sigma)
- Fachkompetenz in den Bereichen Gesundheitsvorsorge, Arbeitssicherheit und Gefahrstoffe sowie Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
- Flexible, dynamische, interessierte Persönlichkeit mit Umsetzungsstärke und einer hands-on Attitude
- Kommunikative Fähigkeiten auf allen Hierarchiestufen
- Bereitschaft zu Reisetätigkeit innerhalb der Schweiz (ca. 20%-30%)
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
