Digital Campaign Manager

The Digital Campaign Manager Hospital Acute Care (HAC) Portfolio will be responsible for implementing commercial omnichannel strategies and digital campaigns across the Swiss market and building action plans accordingly. As a Campaign Manager, they drive differentiated customer experience and maximize the commercial success of our HAC business. Responsible for sourcing of content and developing digital branded and unbranded communications according to the business strategic plans.
**Main Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Vision**: The ability to align omnichannel campaigns with the Brand's business strategy and brand values is paramount. Campaign managers must have a strategic vision for how campaigns contribute to growth and customer engagement.
- Support development and adoption of omnichannel promotional campaigns in alignment with the strategic plan and in close collaboration with the cross-functional HAC Team and within given budget
**Data Analytics and Insights**: Proficiency in data analysis to extract actionable insights, optimize campaigns, and make data-driven decisions that drive results is vital.
**Cross-Channel Expertise**: A strong understanding of various marketing channels, both online and offline, is essential for effective campaign planning and execution.
- Working closely with the Omnichannel Customer Engagement Specialists to evolve digitally led campaigns that are integrated across channels and tailored to customer needs
- Adapting centrally generated content for Swiss specific market and customer needs. Close collaboration with regional teams to continuously improve engagement impact
- Project manage the content approval process internally and with digital agencies
- Evaluate and build up new communication channels
**Personalization and Customer Segmentation**:The capability to personalize campaigns based on customer data and segment audiences effectively is crucial for delivering tailored and relevant content.
- Analyse local market to understand and articulate the Customer Buying Process and identify commercial opportunities, identify and manage customer barriers and drivers
- Engage actively in Marketing and Sales Force Meetings (SCRUM Agile Team) and advocate the omnichannel strategy
**ROI Measurement and Accountability**:Demonstrating a clear understanding of ROI measurement and accountability for marketing spend is essential to justify campaign investments.
- Act as a digital specialist: Define measurable goals and set benchmarks for digital performance that ladder up to overall brand goals
- Define KPI’s and use data analytics to develop appropriate tracking and measuring of impact and engagement of tactics and activities to secure continuous optimization
**Profile**
- Degree in Marketing, Communications or Public Relations with a specialisation in Digital Marketing. Alternatively, a natural science background with relevant prior experience
- Engagement and hands-on experience in the digital world (e.g. Social Media Platforms, digital Marketing, etc.) and roll out of B2B or B2C campaigns in the pharmaceutical industry or other strongly regulated industries
- Experience with pharmaceutical brands is an asset
- Strong German and English communication skills. French knowledge is advantageous
- Strong communication and collaborative skills and the ability to effectively work both independently and within a team environment
- Customer and patient focus; ability to translate science into easy to communicate language
- Business and financial acumen; ability to think strategically and to solve complex problems

**THE COMPANY**
Our company has had a presence in Switzerland since 1963. With a regional office and manufacturing/packaging facility, Lucerne is considered the center of operations. Approximately 1,000 people work collaboratively at the four Lucerne locations (Tribschenstrasse, Citybay, Schachen and Kriens). A fifth location has been recently established in Zurich, aimed at accelerating the development and commercialization of many of our company’s medicines and vaccines, which supports our mission to save and improve lives around the world. The new location has a target date of 2021 for operational readiness.
