Digital Marketing Manager

Our Digital team is innovating how we understand our patients and their needs. Working cross functionally we are inventing new ways of communicating, measuring and interacting with our customers and patients through digital channels and technologies.

As a Digital Marketer, you will shape a unique customer journey and ensure maximal use of our capabilities by our clients. You will play a vital role in sourcing content and designing unbranded campaigns aligned with the digital team's strategic goals. Furthermore, you will serve as a crucial link between our business and the digital team in terms of campaigns.

Leveraging your expertise, we aim to augment our digital channels, including our patient hub, our client website, and client and patient campaigns. You will be part of our passionate, energetic, and collaborative Digital & Data Team and will directly report to the Digital Lead. We firmly believe that your input can help drive our digital initiatives to new heights.

**The position can be part-time at 80 percent. We have a flexible work arrangement policy in place.**

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Vision: Empower the business units to plan and execute omnichannel campaigns that align with the brand's business strategy and brand values. Campaign managers must have strong business acumen and a strategic vision for how campaigns contribute to growth and customer engagement.
- Support development and adoption of omnichannel promotional campaigns in alignment with the strategic plan and in close collaboration with the business units.
- Data Analytics and Insights: Conduct data analysis to extract actionable insights, optimize campaigns, and make data-driven decisions that drive results.
- Analyze campaign metrics across all channels and Google Analytics 4.
- Specify events and goals to drive conversion-optimized campaigns.
- Set benchmarks for digital performance that align and contribute to the overarching campaign goals.
- Digital Expertise Solid understanding of various marketing channels, both online and offline.
- Proven experience executing paid campaigns paid campaigns on Social Media and search engines.
- Demonstrated ability to develop SEM (Search Engine Marketing) strategies in a B2B setting.
- ROI Measurement and Accountability: Ability to demonstrate a clear understanding of ROI measurement and accountability for marketing spend.
- Measure the contribution and cost of campaign assets, tactics, and activities to secure continuous optimization.

**Your Profile**:

- A Degree in Marketing, Communications or Public Relations with a specialization in Digital Marketing.
- Proven record of successful digital campaign execution on Social Media and search engines.
- Demonstrated ability to develop SEM (Search Engine Marketing) strategies in a B2B setting.
- Experience in B2B or B2C campaigns in the pharmaceutical industry or other strongly regulated industries is an asset.
- Solid business and financial acumen; ability to think strategically and solve complex issues.
- Experience in an agency setting is an asset.
- Google Ads, GA4, Salesforce Trailhead, Meta certifications are advantageous
- Strong German and English communication skills. French knowledge is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills; ability to effectively operate both independently and within a team setting.
- Customer and patient focus; ability to convert scientific information into easy-to-communicate language.

The site also serves as our regional and local headquarters for our company’s Animal Health Division in Switzerland.
