‍‍ En tant que **Platform Manager **chez IVY Partners, vous serez en charge de:

- Gérer les serveurs, notamment en redémarrant des serveurs et en déployant des correctifs (patchs) lorsque nécessaire. Vous aurez des compétences dans la configuration, la maintenance et la surveillance des systèmes informatiques.
- Administrer les serveurs avec des compétences avancées, incluant la gestion des autorisations et l'installation de logiciels.
- Assurer une compréhension solide des concepts de sécurité informatique pour garantir la protection des données et des systèmes contre les menaces potentielles. Vous serez responsable du suivi des problèmes de cybersécurité en collaboration avec les éditeurs de logiciels et les équipes de sécurité interne.
- Suivre la roadmap des développements logiciels avec les éditeurs, en planifiant et coordonnant les activités liées aux mises à jour et aux évolutions des plateformes.
- Animer la Communauté des utilisateurs.
- Gérer le processus de mise à niveau des systèmes et des logiciels, en vous assurant que les mises à jour sont déployées de manière efficace et sans interruption des opérations.
- Garantir que les plateformes informatiques utilisées respectent les normes de qualité en termes de performance et de sécurité, ce qui peut impliquer la mise en place de processus de contrôle de qualité et de tests réguliers.
- Collaborer avec les éditeurs de logiciels pour s'assurer que les mises à jour et les correctifs répondent aux normes de qualité requises, y compris la validation des correctifs de sécurité et des fonctionnalités nouvelles ou améliorées avant leur déploiement.
- Suivre et résoudre les problèmes de qualité qui pourraient survenir, en gérant les incidents, en diagnostiquant les problèmes et en mettant en place des solutions pour garantir la continuité des opérations sans compromettre la qualité.

**Profil**:

- Vous avez au moins cinq ans d'expérience en tant que Platform Manager ou dans un rôle similaire (administrateur système orienté serveur, ingénieur système orienté serveur...)
- Vous avez une expérience importante en gestion des systèmes informatiques et plus particulièrement dans la gestion de serveurs.
- Vous êtes très expérimenté dans la gestion de la qualité des plateformes et veillez au mieux à leur maintien opérationnel selon des critères stricts.
- Vous êtes en veille permanente sur les aspects de cybersécurité.
- Vous êtes très familier avec les réglementations applicables au secteur manufacturier.
