You are comfortable taking the lead on projects and/or taking the initiative that represents the Blocksport NFT platform in the best of light. You also understand that most projects require a team effort and are comfortable working together with the Blocksport crew. You are creative. You can think critically about the needs of our fans and partners and how to translate that into a social strategy. You constantly think of new and innovative ways to tell the “Blocksport story.

Supported by a professional network of sports experts and partners we will launch an NFT platform to bring clubs, fans and sponsors closer together. Our state-of-the-art NFT platform provides features like NFT and fans token issuance, auction, bidding as well as NFT mining. Blocksport aims to build a sports ecology for Sports enthusiasts that integrates games, sports NFTs, and fan community management.

We’re very fortunate to be trusted and supported by some of the biggest Esports teams in the industry, including Virtus.pro, BIG, and some other over 30 Esports and sports organizations.

**Responsibilities**:
- Be familiar with blockchain and understand NFT and other digital currencies. Understand the common ways and methods of community growth in the blockchain industry.

- Come up with the community growth strategies according to the project development plan.

- Coordinated the team to organize various activities, improved the activity of Telegram and other communities, and realized the growth of community scale.

- Good understanding and expression skills.

- Attend external activities as the project community manager, which can effectively convey the project concept and expand the visibility of the project.

- Sorted out and analyzed relevant operation data, and regularly output analysis reports.

- Launch AMA and events and guide users to understand projects and NFTs

**Minimum Requirements**:
- Past experience in social marketing is a plus

- Solid understanding and comfort with social platforms, such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
