Marketing Coordinator Manager

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyse and optimize marketing campaigns and user acquisition funnels using data analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- Develop and manage editorial calendars and content plans to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Manage social media channels, including content creation, curation, and community management, to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure on-time delivery of marketing projects and campaigns.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and sales, to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing channels.
- Mentor and guide junior marketing specialists, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a marketing coordinator or manager, preferably in a IT Company
- Experience with data analytics tools and techniques, including Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Familiarity with design tools, such as Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva, to create marketing assets.
- Strong understanding of SEO and SEM best practices and techniques.
- Excellent English & Spanish and other languages of benefit (German, etc.)
