**Assistant to the Group CEO (m|f|d)**:
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive assistant to work for a forward-thinking company. You must be an extremely well-organized «people person» who can juggle numerous tasks, filter information, and manage tasks based on priorities - always one step ahead. If you pride yourself on having high-level agenda management skills, exceptional attention to detail while fielding numerous inbound requests, and a self-directed initiative to step outside regular duties. This facilitative function calls upon focus and flexibility. Every new project presents an opportunity for growth; therefore, it is essential to understand the intricacies of the business and see the big picture. You will work closely with the CEO’s direct reports, the Chief of Staff, other assistants, and teams at headquarters and worldwide offices, hence, the ability to develop trust as the basis for an efficient collaboration is key.

**Your Responsibilities**:

Organize travel across multiple time zones and associated logistics, ensuring that the CEO’s schedule is complete and feasible.
- Arrange office-based and remote conferences, visits, and events; take full ownership of arrangements, including sourcing external venues.
- Support the preparation of Committee and Board meetings, including drafting agendas, issuing invitations, and coordinating the timely receipt and dispatch of papers.
Maintain reporting, keeping accurate and up-to-date information; support the office’s overall operations to ensure efficiency; facilitate the CEO’s ability to lead the company.
- Support strong relationships with internal teams, EC members, direct reports, and outside partners that promote clear communication between the CEO and his global network.
- Maintain all files to allow documents to be accessed efficiently while ensuring data confidentiality.
- Provide ad hoc and personal support by assisting the CEO in accomplishing responsibilities outside the company.

**Education, Skills, and Abilities**
First and foremost, you are an open-minded individual who shows a confident personality and brings positive energy to the company - always willing to tackle challenges with eagerness and determined in your commitment to excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree or commercial apprenticeship with several years of experience in an assistant role at a multinational company.
- Proficient level of English; ability to speak other European languages, preferably German or French, is a plus.
- Competent user of MS Office suite, digital tools, and essential collaboration software/tools (Zoom, Teams).
- Trustworthy self-starter with a solution-focused attitude and a «no-surprises» service level.
- Resourceful team player with a desire to take ownership.
- Clear and precise communication skills; exceptional organizational skills; ability to perform multiple tasks seamlessly with attention to detail and double-check principle.
- Uncompromisingly discrete when handling sensitive matters.
- Accustomed to a fast-paced work environment where change is constant, and employees are diverse; strong knowledge of cultural differences and business practices.
- Flexible; able to react properly to situations that require quick response or turnaround.
