For one of our clients, in the finance & insurance sector, we're recruiting for the Marketing Communications Responsible.

**Strategic Marketing**:

- Promote the brand's offers and products in order to reach new customers and retain existing ones.
- Define and implement campaigns, digital marketing measures and promotional actions.
- Write the marketing and communication strategy for the group in collaboration with the direction.

**Digital and Communication**:

- In charge of all advertising activities (posters, daily press and advertising, TV, radio, internet, advertising material, gifts) including content design and ceptualisation.
- Organize events and sponsorship actions.
- Manage external partners (media, suppliers).
- Coordinate internal stakeholders such as customer management, institutional publications, analysis, market research when implementing new campaigns.

**Sustainability**:

- Write promotional and educational materials with the specialists on environmental, social and governance issues related to the investments made by the by the company.
- Create commercial proposals focused on the consideration of ESG impacts in investment choices.
- Respond to investigations and reporting requirements by the authorities.

**Direct report**:

- 2 people.

The ideal profile we are looking for this position is:

- At least 7-10 years of experience in a similar role.
- Higher education or further training in marketing (university, university of applied sciences or comparable education).
- Good knowledge of wealth management industry or the financial services.
- Deep interest in ESG impacts.
- Proven experience in the design and delivery of cross-media marketing campaigns.
- Mastery of basic computer tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) as well as graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Perfect command of the French language, both oral and written.
- Fluency in English, German (oral and written), Swiss German is a plus.
- Experience in project management.
