**Helen of Troy **(NASDAQ: HELE) is a global designer, developer, and worldwide marketer of of well recognized and widely trusted brands via 3 business segments **:Health & Home **that include brands such as Braun ®, Vicks®, or Honeywell®; **Houseware **with the OXO ® family of brands, Hydro Flask ® or Osprey ®; and **Beauty **with Hot Tools ® or Revlon® for example.
**About the role**
The eBusiness Associate Manager is responsible for the management and delivery of the eBusiness strategies, capabilities & sales for the Company’s portfolio across Health & Home and Beauty BUs, supporting and developing our owned and managed eBusiness roadmap across HHB business segments.
**What you’ll do in the role**
**eTail Performances**:
- Design, implement and manage the eBusiness strategies required to help deliver the Company’s online sales targets across a variety of focus online partners (eTailers, pure players, marketplaces, etc) for all of Helen of Troy’s brands/categories.
- Align with Sales teams to become the SPOC for retailers and distributors to deliver business growth and foster an omnichannel approach to online sales.
- WTB Implementation and Management via owned channels in order to deliver value to HoT with market retail partners
- Responsible for e-merchandising, performance marketing and acquisition for 3rd Party retail and distributor platforms
**DTC eCommerce Platform and Capability - Beauty**:
- Deliver and monitor agreed DTC Sales target and P&L ownership for DTC OPEX budget
- Deliver a standardized, consumer-centric ecommerce model/solution that services the need across all Helen of Troy beauty business segments to ship direct to consumer within EMEA
- Manage third party DTC platform provider relationship, overseeing and growing existing and new brand opportunities to scale
- Develop with eBusiness Coordinator a promotional and activity plan to drive traffic, CLV and conversion on our sites
**KPIs & Reporting**:
- Use DTC Dashboard to track and report DTC performances with internal stakeholders
- Develop sales reports, metrics, and KPIs to track, optimize and improve eBusiness performance across focus online partners
**Online Innovation**:
- Constantly be looking at new eCOM Models and functionality eg C&C, Marketplaces, social commerce etc to grow online performances
- Stay up to date with eCommerce trends and user experiences and share best practices with wider marketing team
**What will help you do the job well
**Essential:
- University degree (Economics, Business, Marketing or equivalent)
- 5 year + experience in digital marketing within an international FMCG/Beauty Healthcare B2C environment
- Experience across multiple functional eCommerce areas (e.g., payments, delivery options, customer experience, content, merchandising, analytics, digital marketing, omnichannel
- Experience in a project management
- Good understanding of software development and a practical understanding of implementation
- Shopify eCommerce platforms knowledge advantageous
- Fluent in English (spoken and written). Any other European language is an asset
