About the US Brand Development team
Our objective is clear - enable the biggest new market entry for IQOS - global leader in smoke-free products which is going to be launched in the largest nicotine market in the world - the United States. This is a strategic growth opportunity for PMI business but also for the team involved as we have a chance to positively influence and make a difference in the life of millions of adult smokers.
In this role, you will have an opportunity to learn and contribute across the full marketing mix: from defining the product portfolio & creating packaging design to developing impactful brand communications, qualifying marketing materials through consumer tests and producing omnichannel advertising materials.
Who we’re looking for
Essential experience and qualifications:
Currently studying Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Management
Consumer centricity & understanding of market research
Good understanding of brand and marketing omnichannel strategy, marketing activation, channels, platforms, and experience (a previous experience is a plus)
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to build strong narratives to inspire, engage and influence agencies & internal stakeholders
Critical and creative thinker with strategic mind set and attention to details, to drive and evaluate agency work
Collaborative spirit, with proactive and action oriented attitude, with an ability to work on delegated tasks independently
Passionate, curious, willing to grow and maximise the learning opportunity
Fluent in English
Expert with Microsoft office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, etc) & good presentation skills
Description
You will be working on a key strategic project: preparation of IQOS brand launch in United States.
Participate to briefing, planning, and managing of agencies on a daily basis to coordinate and contribute to the development of the IQOS launch plan and communication campaign
Use your creativity and understanding of our target audience to contribute to the development of new briefs and new campaign ideas
Flexing your creative muscle to create occasional marketing and promotional campaigns relevant to our category, market regulatory environment and consumer needs
Participate to cross-functional meetings and support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
Budget and project management including coordination with external suppliers and senior management
