NPS data analyst intern

We are looking for you:
Currently studying for your Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or another related field

Experience in bringing various data sources together to deliver insights

SQL/Snowflake knowledges (required) and PowerBI nice to have

Knowledge of Text Analytics domain is a strong plus

Optimal knowledge of PowerPoint & Excel

Problem solving: Ambitious, results-driven mind set;
Fluent in English, other local languages are an asset

You will join and work in close collaboration with Consumer & Regulatory Insights & Analytics team in Philip Morris International in Lausanne. This team will be acting as the cohesive force that underpins

PMI’s consumer-centric and data-driven strategy. You'll be working together with a mix of talents in data, analytics, science, technology, marketing and media.

Roles & Objectives

Automate and optimize monthly NPS reporting using Python/R and Snowflake.

Support in identifying key customer trends, issues and opportunities and assist in formulating strategies to improve customer experience.

Perform text analytics on unstructured content (NPS verbatim) for insights using effective text representation techniques and classification algorithms.

Enhance existing NPS PowerBI dashboard
