About the WX Benefits Intern program
In this position you will integrate the Benefitseam, responsible for all services to employees in Lausanne and Neuchatel including seven company restaurants, three fitness centers, a wellbeing centers, and a variety of other services.
Who we’re looking for
- Essential experience and qualifications
- Currently studying for your bachelor’s degree in Hospitality
- High analytic « spirit », ability to concretely design and simplify existing processes
- Experience in collection, analysis, and evaluation of consumer data
- Interested in customer care experience and insights
- Fluent in French and English, other languages are beneficial

Roles & Objectives
What we offer
- Help us in the quest of constantly improving our employees’ experience by turning their needs into successful business solutions
- Participate in business intelligence (BI), sustainability, employee services and workplace transformation projects
- Evaluate external service suppliers through KPIs and financial cost controlling
- Give assistance in using catering booking tool, being in charge of updates and improvements
- Give support in preparing small business events and actively participate in the preparation of happenings related to catering services and fitness centers
