Human Resources Intern
We are looking for an active student with the following requirements:
- Enrolled University (Bachelor or Master) student at the time of the internship
- Currently pursuing a degree in Work and Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related Area
- Customer-oriented, proactive, autonomous and with a strong attention to detail
- Creative, responsible, well-organized & capable of dealing with a variety of assignments and deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and French, spoken and written, German a plus
You will join and work in Philip Morris Swiss affiliate in Lausanne to support the human resources daily activities.
As an intern, we count on you to achieve these following tasks:
- Lead and manage our internal Internship Program by supporting our interns from their onboarding until their departure
- Develop, coordinate, deploy, follow-up and measure different initiatives (i.e. interns’ experiences, on-boarding and integration)
- Support the HR team with internal communications
- Participate in the recruitment of our interns
- Prepare and deliver ad hoc presentations to internal and external stakeholders
- Help in the preparation and analysis required for developmental initiatives, processes and trainings
