About the team:
We are responsible for communication around our employee services and benefits in the Swiss workplace. Furthermore, we are in charge of all internal communication announcements within Switzerland and work very closely with the different global functions for local activations.

Who we’re looking for
- Available from mid-July to February
- You are currently studying for your degree in Marketing, Communication or Business Administration
- You are fluent in English and French and are able to write and express yourself proficiently in both languages
- You are proficient in MS Office programs as well as have strong skills in Canva and Photoshop, with the ability to learn new programs quickly
- Ideally, you have experience in digital communication (SharePoint-based sites, social media channels, newsletter creation etc.)
- You are passionate about creating new content, with good eye for design and a general flair for creativity and problem-solving
- You have outstanding time management skills and demonstrate a strong sense of collaboration
- You are resilient and can easily adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment

Roles & Objectives:

- In collaboration with WX and other functions, write, develop and create content for our internal communications channels, such as our intranet pages and our internal social media channels, to support our department and PMI’s messages and strategies
- Oversee the department’s bi-weekly newsletter (e.g. drive the content strategy, write and create the content, ensure deadlines are kept, be in contact with colleagues in the department to get their content etc.)
- Create designs and images to support WX communication messages and campaigns
- Collect and analyze data of our internal communications channels to drive content decisions
- Support the WX Communication team on various other communication projects
