About the Regulatory Communications program
The team supports markets with solutions including strategic guidance, content, tools and access to platforms to run communications campaigns aimed at shaping favorable policy environments. The team works closely with regions and markets to provide customized policy advocacy communications support.
Who we’re looking for
- Essential experience and qualifications>
- Currently studying for your Master/bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Political Science or Public Policy.
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in understanding policy and formulating positions in response to policy.
- Interest in regulatory and policy issues and a desire to learn more about advocacy communications.
- Fluent in English.
Description
Roles & Objectives
1. Toolkit Development
- Assist in drafting clear and concise communication materials, including messaging, Q&As, fact sheets and presentations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure toolkits are comprehensive and tailored to market needs.
- Research and integrate relevant regulatory and policy information into communication materials.
2. Media Monitoring
- Conduct daily media scans to identify relevant news articles, reports and media trends.
- Analyse media coverage to pinpoint key hooks and angles for dissemination to markets.
3. Team Support
- Participate in team meetings and working sessions to contribute ideas and feedback.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support as needed to ensure smooth team operations.
