Le département Communication est chargé de positionner la marque EHL et de façonner sa réputation. Le département véhicule à travers divers canaux de communication et auprès d’audiences variées, l’expertise de l'EHL dans l’éducation, l’hospitalité et l’excellence du service.

External Communications Intern
La mission de l'External Communications Intern est d’assister l’équipe en charge de la communication externe dans la mise en œuvre opérationnelle de projets de communication externe et plus particulièrement de relations presse.
Vos responsabilités :
- Concevoir et organiser des événements média (voyages de presse, tournage, interview) sur les différents campus EHL .
- Réalisation et suivi d’une veille médiatique via différents outils de monitoring (ex : Meltwater) et actualisation des tableaux de bords.
- Accueil de journalistes nationaux et internationaux.
- Planification et soutien logistique lors de tournage TV ou radio.
- Organisation d’interviews pour des membres de la faculté et de la Direction.
- Réalisation de présentations trimestrielles et annuelles et revue des résultats des agences RP.
- Rédaction et envoi de revues de presse à l’interne.
- Relecture de contenu (communiqués de presse, pitch média, etc.).
- Soutien dans diverses autres tâches.
Votre profil :
- Vous avez un Bachelor ou autre formation équivalente en Communication, Gestion ou Evénementiel.
- Vous avez de solides compétence en gestion de projets.
- Vous avez de bonnes connaissances du monde des médias.
- Vous avez une aisance rédactionnelle et communicationnelle.
- Vous maîtrisez du pack office.
- Vous avez une grande capacité d’analyse, d’organisation et de gestion du temps.
- Vous avez un fort esprit d’équipe.
- Vous adaptez facilement à des environnement changeant et portez une attention particulière aux détails.
- Vous êtes de langue maternelle Française et vous parlez Anglais (B2), l’allemand étant un atout.
- Vous êtes disponible pour un stage de 12 mois.
