**JOB TITLE**:Compliance Intern - Internal & External Communications

**DURATION**:Fixed term (6 months, with the possibility of extension to 1 year)

**FUNCTION**:Legal

**REPORTS TO**: Legal Counsel

**CITY & COUNTRY**:Lausanne, Switzerland

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**

We are currently looking for a compliance intern to support us with the Compliance agenda, aiming at maintaining support legal functions in the development, implementation and monitoring of the Group’s compliance management program.

You will gain hands-on compliance experience and solid practical knowledge. As the Business continues to transform, striving towards ‘A Better Tomorrow’, you will support the legal team in day-to-day compliance activities, as per the accountabilities below:

- Supporting the implementation of the compliance management program and the development of our policies and procedures.
- Supporting the preparation of the next Group compliance audit.
- Updating compliance tools and reports.
- Supporting the day-to-day activities including but not limited to: corporate compliance, anti-bribery and corruption procedures, contract management, records management, etc.

- Are you fluent in English & French (both written and verbal)? (German is a plus)

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Recent Graduate (Bachelor/Master), basic relevant experience is a plus
- Good time management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Attention to detail and able to ensure the accuracy of documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders internally.
- Ability to work independently and drive own tasks with ongoing support from the team
