Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in business development or partnerships.
- Ability to speak and write in English fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience with legal agreements.
- Experience identifying new partners and opportunities, analyzing and managing complex strategic partnerships in the advertising and/or media industry.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and a rapidly changing business environment.
- Ability to balance multiple and competing initiatives with a mix of short and long business cycles, lead time-sensitive partnerships and/or escalations simultaneously, operating with an entrepreneurial, open-minded, collaborative, and committed approach to business.
- Outstanding strategic acumen and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.

**About the job**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage existing partnerships, executive relationships, and drive project operations/ execution and ongoing integrations with ad technology strategic partners.
- Understand, develop, drive and implement strategic and quantitative market and partners businesses analyses to identify and prioritize business and product opportunities for Google advertising business.
- Collaborate with Go-To-Market, Global Product Leads, Engineering, Sales, and Product teams to identify critical partnership opportunities with the potential to grow Google’s Ads business.
- Lead partnership negotiations and/or agreement renewals alongside the legal and product teams.
