- In this exciting new position, you will be responsible for strategically leading and implementing projects related to business development, partnership guidance, governance, and capabilities for International Operations Business Development in alignment with commercial objectives.-
- Furthermore, your main responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Partnership Support: Collaborate closely with International Operations Commercial Affairs and Strategy team and Global Corporate Development to support the success of future launches through strategic partnerships aligned with the commercial strategy, with a special focus on supporting diagnostic partnerships and innovative payer partnerships based on data.
- Readiness Implementation: Ensure IO readiness to implement partnerships in support of future launches across the portfolio, particularly focusing on diagnostics partnerships supporting our future portfolio including cardiovascular disease and other launches as required.
- Community Building: Build a community of partnership managers within IO who are aligned with our BD and partnership strategy and capable of localizing global partnership deals, particularly in the area of diagnostics or screening devices in support or future launches.
- Knowledge Management: Oversee the development of a knowledge management platform featuring inspiring external partnership case studies, ensuring that learnings are disseminated across the organization to enhance the efficiency and scalability of our partnering efforts.
**Qualifications**- Furthermore,- You are experienced in pharmaceutical product launches, especially at a local market level, ideally with P&L experience in the industry
- You have a proven track record of business development, which means establishing commercial partnerships and new go-to-market models within healthcare and / or the pharmaceutical industry.
- You are knowledgeable about the cardiometabolic space, especially cardiovascular disease (or large chronic diseases that have a significant population health impact).
- You have excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills with strong ability to lead and influence in a matrixed organization
- You are comfortable navigating an ambiguous environment and excited about building a new function and capability without a pre-determined blueprint in place (knowing you will co-develop and implement the blueprint)
- You have financial modelling and business case development experience and preferably are familiar with diagnostic and payer partnerships.
- You hold an advanced degree (minimum Bachelor's, Master's is a plus) in business, business development, public health, marketing, communications, public policy, or a similar field.

Novo Nordisk International Operations, Strategic Operations, is head quartered in Zürich, Switzerland.- IO Business Development is a recently established department within the IO Strategy and Operations office. Our goal is to seek growth while protecting the company and building concrete BD and Partnership governance and capabilities.
