**Your role**
- Are you interested to build up an Ecosystem for our Corporate Clients in Switzerland?
- Main responsibilities:
- Ownership of strategic (marketing) partnerships for UBS’ corporate client's segment (CIC) such as Swiss Economic Forum, SEF.Growth initiative, Swiss Export Association, Forward
- Representation of UBS in board meetings of partners
- Identification of relevant national partnerships and assess potential white spots
- Responsibility for and steering of contractual negotiations with new and existing partners
- Internal and external handling of new partnership requests according to assessment criteria that you define
- Definition of business OKRs for each partnership category and derive ambitions
- Responsibility for systematic tracking, benchmarking and reporting
- Preparation and presentation in meetings with relevant senior stakeholders

Marketing & Digital Sales related tasks:
- Internal ambassador of SME Hybrid Ecosystem and coordinator of marketing related projects
- Initiation of demand management process of fly-in resources within Marketing & Digital Sales for SME Hybrid Bank topics and especially the activation of partnerships catering to awareness and leads
- Align marketing KPIs for national partnerships with marketing specialists e.g., MROI (market research team), participant ratios (hospitality team) and performance KPIs (paid campaign teams)

- You'll be working in a new team, which is part of the Agile Delivery Organizations "Client Needs" Sector team in Zurich taking care of all Ecosystem related activities for UBS’ corporate client segment.

**Your expertise**
- Solid understanding of the Swiss SME Market with an established network and an interest to build new partnerships
- 5+ years of professional experience in project, marketing and or partnership management
- High client and partnership focus with the ability to negotiate commercial terms
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to present key findings and strategic recommendations in a convincing manner across all seniority levels
- Superior organizational skills with the ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment
- Excellent problem-solving / analytical skills and ability to learn new content quickly
- Fluency in English and German
