**Your role**
- Are you innovative? Are you fascinated by new online and mobile digital payments methods developed by banks and FinTechs? Do you want to create convenient, customer oriented solutions and be a part of an agile team?
- In this role, you will be directly involved in innovative topics and projects in the area of credit cards, prepaid cards and digital wallets. You will have a unique opportunity to develop strategy and lead the digital evolution of our products, such as: online and mobile wallet solutions for UBS cardholders, additional service offerings for credit cards and many more.
- We are looking for someone to:
- investigate potentials by analyzing solutions available on the Swiss and international markets together with the strategic positioning and development of UBS products
- develop and define a future-oriented strategy for a card offering
- create convincing business cases and powerful management presentations for new products, services and business projects
- drive impact and change through the growth initiatives, transformational work, and regulatory driven projects
- develop strong relationships to help grow and strengthen partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders
- work in an agile environment and lead projects from the strategic business side by designing, scoping and defining new solutions. This includes project requirements, use cases and customer journeys
- network within UBS and external partners by close collaboration with key stakeholders such as IT, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Channels and external vendors

- You will work in Zurich in the in the highly motivated agile Crew “Paying by Credit Cards, Debit Cards & Digital Wallets” which is responsible to define, develop and manage smart and innovative card products and services in close collaboration with internal and external clients. Together with experienced colleagues you will contribute to the success of the UBS card business.Diversity helps us grow, together. **Your expertise**
- ideally an university degree in Finance, economics, business administration or similar
- at least 2 years of professional experience in a strategic consulting in banking environment or in the financial industry as a project manager and consultant
- a focus set on innovations, user experience and development in the area of cards and digital wallets
- proven track record in conceptual work (creating business cases and management presentations) and designing innovative and market-oriented solutions
- pronounced analytical and conceptual skills and solution oriented working approaches
- the ability to operate at strategic, tactical and operational levels
- excellent communication skills in German and English
