**Digital Product Manager - Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**:

In this role you will be responsible to manage and lead the search and search engine optimization (SEO) aspects of ABB’s Online Digital Ecosystem which includes continuous analysis of ABB’s online presence, competitor analysis and wider digital channel trends to provide insights and direction on the next best actions for continuous improvement. The location of this role is flexible with a preference for a European location.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Leads in the creation of the ABB (global, business area, division and country) digital channel SEO strategy and roadmap across ABB, based on business prioritised challenges and opportunities.
- Brings the global mindset and holistic view of the digital channel SEO aspects of ABB’s Online Digital Ecosystem, to define and offer the appropriate digital portfolio and whilst keeping in mind the global and local needs of ABB’s customers
- Takes end to end responsibility for the digital channel SEO product
- Executes on business or corporate function prioritized product and solution roadmap by working with cross-functional teams across the entire product lifecycle.
- Managing and grooming the digital channel SEO product backlog to ensure that requirements, user stories and features are prioritised to maximise the delivery of business value
- Aligning the development team on the SEO product and ABB’s Online Digital Ecosystem vision
- Collaborates with teams and functions across ABB and our customers while ensuring high degree of process governance and role accountability
- Organising and arranging regular product demonstrations, including clearly explaining the business value of new features to users and stakeholders
- Reviewing and signing off new product features before they are released

**Your background**:

- Demonstrable experience in product management or product ownership through the whole product lifecycle in a digital channel SEO environment.
- Significant background of search, search technologies and search engine optimization
- Experience creating, managing and maintaining a product roadmap. Experience planning and prioritizing a product backlog. Knowledge of Agile methodology and/or experience working in an Agile project delivery team, including Agile estimation approaches (preferably within SAFe framework/environment)
- Ability to make and own decisions to ensure delivery milestones are met whilst making best use of the team’s capacity. Understanding of user experience and concept design practices
- Strategic thinking, and the ability to effectively communicate at the conceptual level. Deep understanding of search and search engine optimization ecosystems and the business operating models they support
- Experience of working in a large, complex, global organization with a diverse group of stakeholders. Excellent stakeholder management skills; good negotiation skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to deliver clear and concise messages. Fluent in English, other languages a plus
