We are looking for a Product Manager focused on Digital Lending Channels to:

- unleash the digitalization potential for Lombard Lending and act as Journey Lead for key Digital Lombard journey of the future
- run data driven sales campaigns and collaborate closely with various market representatives around the globe to increase usage and penetration
- act as central business representative from project preparation stage until rollout in an agile delivery organization
- own and constantly improve AI data models to elevate effectiveness of our distribution teams
- stay abreast of the competitive landscape and industry trends, and undertake regular competitor analysis in order to ensure all our products are competitively positioned
- maintain and optimize internal «goto» pages and other digital tools to simplify user journeys and reduce iterations

**Your team**

In the award-winning UBS Global Wealth Management Division, Global Lending Unit provides our Client Advisors with high quality, competitive banking product solutions. We are responsible for the distribution of lending products as well as the creation and product management of banking products for our international locations.

Within the Lombard, Mortgages and Banking team you will be part of our central product management. You will be based in Zurich but this role has a global aspect and you are expected to work effectively with colleagues from across APAC and Europe.

**Your expertise**
- digital transformational experience in a banking, financial services or consultancy environment
- strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product management
- good knowledge of banking products in the international / domestic private banking and / or corporate banking market.
- successful change management track record in the digital user journey
- enthusiastic and proactive personality, a truly agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ability to communicate with colleagues at various levels of seniority, able to adapt and network across a global organization and to present well to stakeholders
