Overview:
We are looking for a successful Channel Account Manager for our eastern region in Switzerland who has a successful track record in selling complex unified communications in the Midsize Enterprise Market. The Channel Account Manager will sell Mitel’s unified communications solutions that may include hardware, software, managed services, professional services and the complete Mitel Large Enterprise portfolio through our Channel Partners.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identification, acquisition and onboarding of strategic sales partners in line with the corporate strategy
- Establishment, expansion and strengthening of a partner network for indirect sales in the Zurich/Eastern Switzerland region
- Management and expansion of the indirect sales channel as well as development of a long-term successful sales partnership
- Establishing and maintaining intensive relationships with top partners
- Active coaching and indirect control of partner sales teams
- Monitoring and ensuring the required partner certification according to the respective valid partner programme in order to achieve the planned partner level and the jointly defined goals.
- Preparation, review and implementation of business plans with the assigned sales partners in order to achieve the jointly defined objectives
- Regular review and coordination of the partner's sales pipeline and actions
- Planning of forecast and monitoring of the funnel as well as weekly reporting and submission of the forecast of the assigned sales partners
- Direct and regular coordination with the sales teams as well as target-oriented and transparent cooperation in winning end customer projects
- Coordinate with other Channel Account & Territory Account Managers to identify the best opportunities to position the most suitable partner in order to create and deliver the best offer.
- Coordinate and deliver product, update and sales training.
- Coordinate and collaborate with Sales Engineering and Professional Services to ensure an optimal customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent German and English
- 3-5 + years direct sales experience in telecom, with a proven track record
- Experience in MS Office products required- Must be able to travel 50% of the time (depending on business necessity).
- Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
- Typically requires a minimum of 1 year field sales experience. Usually 2-5 years of field sales experience
