**Your role**
- The UBS Art Collection is seeking a Full-Time employee, in the role of Art Collection Manager in Zürich.**Responsibilities**:
- Manages and contributes to regional operations and activities including:

- branch projects (refurbishments, closings, new openings)
- art Collection guided tours and support with client events
- art fair lounge displays / collaboration with artist and gallery
- deaccessioning and storage consolidation (incl. art sales to employees, auction consignments, donations)
- collection management with strong hands-on focus on extensive internal storage in Zürich
- inventory and database management, insurance, transport, customs, conservation treatment and framing
- contribution to global acquisitions and artwork commissions
- contribution to UBS Art Collection publications
- support with communication and marketing initiatives
- in close working relationship with internal stakeholders such as communications team and management of information transfer to support collaboration and integration between the different units of the bank

**Your team**
- You will be part of a global team that maintains, develops and displays a rich collection of paintings, photographs, drawings, sculptures and video art by some of the world's major artists from the 1960 onwards.
- You will help manage and streamline the Collection operations, installations and various projects in the region. Duties include project management of installations, new artwork concepts for buildings/floors, and liaising with senior management in Zürich. The Collection Manager strives to enhance the quality and efficiency of processes and procedures and ensures that company standards are upheld, and the priorities and overall curatorial and business strategy are met.

**Your expertise**
- university degree in Art History and Business/Management or equivalent studies
- detail-oriented and highly organized with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- several years of working experience in the commercial art world and corporate work experience a plus
- excellent written and spoken German and able to speak and write fluently in English
- excellent computer skills with experiences in MS Office and art databases, particularly ArtPlus or MuseumPlus
- able to multi-task and work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
- strong team player who enjoys collaboration, supports a positive working culture and environment
- self-motivated and outstanding interpersonal skills; strong team player, able to interact and work efficiently in close collaboration with the global team, the business organization and external parties
- ability to select and use relevant information to make sound and balanced judgments/decisions
