**Your role**
- Are you independent to drive the business forward and trustworthy to take over a broad range of tasks? Are you a well-organized multi-tasker who is confident in dealing with various deliverables? Are you open to learn new topics and ready to work within tight deadlines?
- We are looking for someone in Zurich to join the business management function of UBS Social Impact Switzerland - this function covers UBS Philanthropy Services, UBS Community Impact, and the UBS Optimus Foundation. Some specific activities include:
- provide business management services across the relevant entities of the UBS Optimus Foundation and the UBS Philanthropy Foundation
- be responsible for the day-to-day operational tasks (handling fundraising, donations and sub-foundation management)
- manage foundation board governance for various charitable UBS entities
- prepare presentations / documents for senior management meetings
- streamline, develop, improve and establish new processes where required
- support the specification and implementation of process automation
- cooperate with accountants for UBS Philanthropy Foundation and support the annual financial audit
- be the interface to different internal control functions such as local Risk Control, Legal, Compliance and Tax
- engage with Wealth Management client advisors and clients to explain UBS philanthropic offering and provide support with philanthropy queries

- You’ll be joining the UBS Social Impact team for the Switzerland market. As part of the UBS Group Sustainability and Impact team, we focus on driving changes that matter across the bank. **Your expertise**
- You have:
- a commercial apprenticeship or a Bachelor’s degree
- at least 3 years of similar work experience, ideally in a prior business management role
- an all-rounder, a solution-oriented, reliable and open-minded team player with a hands-on and can-do attitude
- strive for excellence in everything you do and a strong client service oriented attitude
- a strong project manager with good communication skills
- detail oriented, used to execute tasks in a timely manner and with high quality standards
- able to build relationships quickly and work across organizational boundaries especially in a large, complex organization
- native German speaker and fluent in English (French / Italian is a plus)
