**Your role**

We are looking for someone like that to complete our Business Management team within Real Estate & Private Markets, Multi-Managers ("REPM MM). As a Business Manager to our Multi-Managers capabilities, in particular Infrastructure and Private Equity, you would:
- lead improvements in processes and procedures including automation of tasks in combination with service providers and IT
- support business in IT project planning and subsequent oversight and implementation of the projects
- engage with the REPM Product Development and Business Development teams to structure and launch new products
- lead the external service provider process from selection, approval, and on-boarding to regular review and reporting
- assist on various portfolio management and investment team recurring and ad hoc tasks
- provide oversight on regulatory compliance and internal audits
- support the Head of Multi-Managers with special management projects and business analyses
**Your team**
Based in Zurich and embedded in the Multi-Managers Business Management team, you would work closely with colleagues across the globe, including the Investment Teams, Business Development, Product Development, Operations, Legal, and Tax to support the design, distribution and servicing of our products in the best possible way.

**Your expertise**
- bachelor's or Master's degree or international equivalent
- ideally further education like AZEK, CIIA or CFA
- at least 5 years of relevant work experience in real estate and private markets
- excellent German and English language skills (other languages are an advantage)
- advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel)
- offer excellent communications skills and are a good team player
- Have a proactive and collaborative personality with a flair for entrepreneurial and independent thinking
- able to work with stakeholders from different functions and locations
- flexible and can cope well with a multi-tasking role
- have good organizational skills and an exact and detailed work style
