- Kompetenter Ansprechpartner/in für Fondsplattformen, Wholesale Client Relationship Manager und andere Stakeholder (Operations, Transfer Agents, Legal & Compliance) im globalen Kontext
- Onboarding neuer Kunden, einschliesslich KYC / Due Diligence und operationelle Aufsetzung
- Koordination von Datenlieferungen und des Reporting-/ Vertriebsentschädigungsprozesses
- Sicherstellung des Tagesgeschäfts / Lifecycle Managements, d.h. Abwicklung von Kundenanfragen

- Sie arbeiten im Client Service Wholesale CH-Team in Zürich. Wir erbringen hochwertige und zeitnahe Services für eine internationale Kundenbasis. Unser Team arbeitet dafür eng mit den Wholesale Client Relationship Managern und zahlreichen anderen Parteien zusammen, um das UBS AM Wholesale Offering für unsere Vertriebspartner (Drittbanken) zu definieren und umzusetzen.

**Your expertise**
- Hochschulabschluss oder gleichwertiges Ausbildungsniveau im Finanzbereich
- breite Bankfachkenntnisse, gerne mehrjährige Erfahrung im Asset Management
- ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeiten, sowie grosses Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Fähigkeit, rasch ein Netzwerk mit diversen Stakeholdern aufzubauen, vernetzt zu denken und ihrem Gegenüber dadurch einen Mehrwert zu bieten
- dynamische, belastbare und professionelle Persönlichkeit, die sich hervorragend organisiert und effizient Prioritäten setzt
- ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse (weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil)
