**Your role**
- Are you customer-centric focused with a good record of resolving enquiries? Do you like to help clients in solving their transactional inquiries related to their custody relationship with UBS Switzerland AG? Do you consider communication in written and verbal form as one of the key elements of a successful client relationship?
- In general, your main activities as a Client Service Manager Settlements & Migration would include (but are not limited to):
- guiding new Custody Bank clients through the onboarding; understanding requirements and developing tailored solutions for them.
- manage and coordinate the custody on and off-boarding of UBS Custody Bank clients inclusive of product setup, coordination of securities migration by liaising with our settlement teams, external custodians and counterparties.
- support our Custody Bank clients in their day-to-day transactional business with Settlements.
- ensure query resolution until completion within agreed service levels and at client satisfaction
- commit to a culture of continuous improvement centered on client service
- working with different stakeholders to ensure Operational Excellence regarding Settlements
- coordinating between clients and internal units as well as custodians and external partners
- professionally handle relationships with internal and external stakeholders in accordance to the values and standards set by UBS.
**Your team**
- You'll be working in the Client Servicing Custody Bank team within Group Operations in Zurich-Altstetten. We work closely with front and back office colleagues to manage and resolve all securities related queries from our bank clients globally. Our key objective is to deliver excellent client services while continuously challenging our process efficiency and behavior.

**Your expertise**
- passion for dealing with clients and understanding of securities and global custody products
- previous client service experience within the financial and securities services industry, preferably in the area of Settlements & Transfers
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as strong interest and focus on client relationships.
- fast learner who can also work independently and implement new ways of working efficiently
- can-do mentality with proven ability to increase customer satisfaction with a KYC approach and a flair for new technologies such as automation and robotics
- team player
- fluent German and English in spoken and written, French / Italian skills will be an asset
