We’re looking for someone like you who can:
- develop financial budgets and maintain forecasts & service management processes
- maintain headcount forecasts including the coordination of headcount requests and input to HR processes
- help develop strategy and partner with functional senior management to oversee and track the implementation of key priorities within GI&GEC
- collaborate with other UBS functions and partners on various centrally run tasks and processes (HR, Finance, etc.)
- help plan and deliver materials for management meetings, workshops and townhalls
- act as a single point of contact for specific activities e.g. logistics, technology rollouts etc.

You will be working in the Business Management office of Group Investigations & Group Employee Conduct (GI&GEC) which is a diverse role spanning across elements of strategy, analytics, communication, forecasting, budgeting, performance monitoring, HR & people, headcount management and projects. Our function supports the Head of Compliance & Investigations in her management tasks and activities to ensure operational excellence across the sector in a highly dynamic function that delivers services globally to all UBS divisions.

**Your expertise**
- min. 3 years of working experience in business management / project management / complex business environment
- knowledge of financial & service management processes including forecasting and planning
- attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex matters in a simple way
- capable of working on a wide range of topics with internal partners across different functions and geographies
- excellent analytical and presentation skills; proficiency in Excel and Power Point
- strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- comfortable working both independently and in a collaborative environment
