- Provide bespoke advisory on various risk topics (such as operational risk, due diligence, governance documents maintenance, records management processes, information security, third-party risk management) to Group marketing specialists globally
- Coordinate and contribute to risk management processes to protect the UBS Brand and reputation
- Perform the assessment and optimization of Key Procedural Controls (KPCs) and review control assessments independently to ensure evidence supports results
- Support and drive the review, simplification and optimization of risk management processes
- Support and drive the review of regulatory, internal and external audit requests as well as compliance reviews
- Maintain and update our risk framework to ensure compliance with Group & regulatory requirements
- Prepare briefing documents and reports for senior management and various stakeholders globally
**Your team**
- You will be working in the Brand Management Risk team in Zurich. We are part of the C&B Risk Management & Governance function which belongs to the C&B Operating Office. The mandate of the Brand Management Risk team is to ensure governance and oversight of risk topics across the Brand Management functions globally (i.e. Sponsorship, Advertising, Brand Strategy, Social Media, UBS Art Collection and Creative Content Solutions).
- The C&B Risk Management & Governance function maintains effective oversight of the overarching C&B Risk Management framework as well as strategic planning and business optimization for risk control processes and topics.
**Your expertise**
- University degree in economics, law, business administration or equivalent (master degree is an asset)
- Ideally 3+ years of experience in an area like risk management, risk control, audit, compliance or legal
- A wide understanding of non-financial risks in the financial industry and solid understanding of risk frameworks and operational risks and how they relate to brand related activities.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, and ability to quickly identify issues and summarize key focus areas in presentations or briefing documents
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English (other languages are an asset)
