Junior Business Risk Manager

**Your field of responsibility**
Embedding the Non-Financial Risk Framework and achieving a cultural state where “everyone is a risk manager” is one the priorities for the Asset Management division. You will take responsibility for supporting and guiding the Asset Management business to achieve this ambition through providing central oversight for all Front Office (FO) operational risk and control framework activities, including design, implementation, on-going monitoring/reporting, and testing/validation of controls. You will also actively contribute to the development and maintenance of the Risk Identification Framework, Risk Metrics, Risk and Control Self-Assessment, Risk Appetite, components of the Reputational Risk Framework along with a number of other risk related topics for AM globally.

Join us as a member of the Global Business Risk Management (BRM) team reporting directly to the Global Head of Risk Assessment and Frameworks. The role would have you working closely with the colleagues across all lines of defense and especially with the Asset Management businesses and functions. **Your skills and experience**
We are looking for a highly motivated, can-do and standout colleague, with relevant work experience or qualifications, keen to contribute to the team's success.
You’ll be a good match, if you have:
- Relevant industry experience (or qualifications), ideally in a risk discipline (e.g. Audit, Compliance, Operational Risk) with an understanding of and passion for the Asset Management business
- Experience and understanding of risk appetite, risk identification and assessment processes, control environments, sustainable risk mitigation and exposure monitoring
- Strong analytical skills and are comfortable and proficient in working with and structuring data
- Have experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
- Demonstrated experience in being proactive to managing and addressing risk at a first line level
- Ability to work across different levels and parts of the businesses and second line functions including but not limited to Legal, Compliance, Risk, etc.
- Delivery focused and excellent organizational and project management skills with a proven ability to optimally drive projects / reviews / tasks to completion at a high standard with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to established timeframes
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to articulate complex risk issues in a structured, concise, and effective manner and an eye for accuracy and consistency, excellent grammar, composition, and proofreading skills
- Ability to engage and influence with proficient interpersonal skills
