**Your role**
- We’re looking for a Business Risk Specialist to:
- develop and maintain an effective Business Continuity & Resilience program, working with our Regional Head of Business Continuity and global counterparts
- partner with our senior stakeholders and key experts across the organization to identify, evaluate and mitigate risks that could affect critical business activities
- provide business stakeholders with expert advice and transparent risk reporting
- provide crisis management support to UBS Switzerland
**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the Business Continuity & Resilience (BCR) Team in Zurich; we are responsible for ensuring that appropriate Business Continuity, Resilience and Crisis Management plans are in place to safeguard the firm against crisis events. As a BCR Risk Specialist you will play an important role in creating strategies to minimize operational risks and develop effective solutions for the recovery of time-critical activities.

**Your expertise**
- ideally, you have worked in a position with an understanding of what it takes to ensure the business can identify, understand and mitigate risk, such as Operational Risk Management, Business Risk Management, Compliance, or Audit
- you are a great communicator, you know how to handle conflicting situations with experience of senior management engagement
- you are considerate, with the ability to see the bigger picture and translate this into clear and concise management information
- you are team-orientated, and an expert at building networks and connections with colleagues at all levels across multiple teams and regions
