**This position reports to**:
Business Line manager, Metals
**Your responsibilities**:
- Align customer requirements in identified markets with existing portfolio to identify and close possible portfolio gaps
- Define and build up OEM strategy for BL Metals
- Performance targets: Ensures KPIs achievements of defined targets (orders and profit, sales cost/expense and Net Promoter Score (NPS), etc.), in collaboration with Marketing function and GBL team
- Sales and marketing management: Together with all relevant stakeholders, supports defining marketing and sales targets (e.g., volume, prices, channels, and market coverage) and establishes appropriate metrics and measurement tools to monitor performance in the region
- Occasionally, supports local organizations in customer events
- Build up relationship and steer opportunities with selected global OEMs
- Supports growth of the top line in each market and find and creates new business opportunities
- Implements activities on agreed cross Division/Business Line/Region initiatives
- Customer relations and satisfaction: Understands segment / channel / customer needs in the market
- Develops and implements product support and product training to ensure high customer satisfaction in cooperation with Product Management and global team
- Coordinates via Global Sales operations function Contingency and Business Continuity with existing process in full coordination with Commercial Operations and GBL
- Supports continuous improvement on NPS and the execution of customer satisfaction surveys
- Analyzes results and assists with corrective actions as necessary
- Ensures appropriate approach to global /regional accounts
- Standards and governance: Implements division standards, rules, tools, policies and processes related to operations/project execution and share functional best practices and lessons learned across the organization
- People leadership and development: Ensures that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed and directed
- Builds an effective, capable and high performing organization
- Develops talent, appoints managers and reviews effectiveness
**Your background**:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering, complemented by a further education in Product-, Marketing
- or Business Strategic directions
- Proven track of record in Sales and/or Account Management
- Exceptional communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a pro-active professional, “can-do” attitude
- Strong background and knowledge of power electronics technologies and experience within industries such as Aluminum and Steel
- Fluency in English is a must, any additional language is an asset
- Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, Sales Force tools
- Willingness to travel at least 30-40% globally
