Lead, Gms Resilience Management

**About** the role**:
The core purpose of the position is to:

- Help set the strategic direction of GMSGQ’s Resilience Program relevant to GMS Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and GMS Crisis and Continuity Management (CCM), as advisor to Head GMS Resilience Management, GMS-LT/GQ-LT Risk Owners & GMS Resilience Team.
- Lead the design, development, implementation, monitoring and improvements of the GMS Resilience processes/systems, owning procedures and leveraging digital/data analytics tools,
- Lead GMS ERM governance cycles, coordinating, consolidating and preparing reports for GMSGQ RECC (Risk, Ethics and Compliance Comtion platforms, playbooks and other training materials.
- Act and influence globally within GMS and outside GMS regarding GMS Resilience.

**How you will contribute**:

- Advisor to Head GMS Resilience Management, GMS-LT/GQ-LT Risk Owners, GMS Resilience Team, helping set the strategic direction and prioritization of GMS ERM and GMS CCM programs.
- Leads the re-/design, development, implementation, training and continuous improvement of the GMSGQ Resilience Framework, GMS ERM and GMS CCM procedures, to ensure operationalization and consistency with Global Business Resilience Policy.
- Supports process to align GMS Resilience program priorities, within GMS and in collaboration with Corporate stakeholders and Global Business Resilience functions such as Global Enterprise Risk Management, Global Crisis Management, amongst others.
- Leads GMS ERM governance cycles in collaboration with GMS Resilience Team and leveraging digital/data analytics tools:

- enabling oversight by GMS Resilience team on their OpU/Region level ERM cycles
- coordinating, consolidating, and preparing reports for GMSGQ RECC on GMSGQ’ Risk Profile in alignment with GMS, GQ, and Business Partners SME functions.
- preparing GMSGQ risk register for consolidation into annual Global Enterprise Risk Management heat map and for reports to the TET, Global RECC and Board.
- Coordinates GMS CCM governance processes leveraging digital/data analytics tools to enable oversight by GMS Resilience Team and Head GMS Resilience Management:

- collaborating with GMS Resilience team to ensure GMSGQ Sites Crisis and Continuity plans meet annual self-certification requirements per company policy
- designing and rolling-out simulation exercises, and preparing Sites CCM status reports for GMS-LT/GQ-LT Risk Owners and GMSGQ RECC
- coordinating annual updates of the GMS HQ Above-Site Continuity plans.
- Leads re-/design, development and implementation of digital risk intelligence and data analytics tools to support prospective identification and real-time monitoring and management of GMS-wide existing and emerging risks.
- Creates and maintains communities of practice to enable knowledge management helping establish, foster and shape GMSGQ Resilience culture, through training, communication, playbooks, use of innovative digital technologies i.e. chatbots, etc.
- Ad-hoc leads or supports other initiatives, e.g. Sites Assessments, preparedness for internal audits and external inspections, GMS value chain financial modelling and analytics, etc

**_ EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:_**

Education / experience
- 8+ years’ experience in the global pharmaceutical or related industry
- An university degree, Bachelors’ degree or higher preferred, preferably in Life-Sciences, with Supply Chain Management, Business/Financial Management, Process specialization
- Experience in Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain Operations and in interactions with senior management, in a global or regional role essential
- Experience implementing Resilience disciplines systems and processes for global Manufacturing and Supply Chain Operations
- Experience in leading global projects with diverse multi-cultural teams and influencing without authority, in matrix / cross-functional organisations
- Strategic enterprise view, logical and analytical skills, with sound business acumen
- Strong presentation, training and communications skills
- Collaborative, resourceful and solutions-oriented mindset
- Fluent written and spoken English (other languages highly desirable)
- Experience with crafting and writing internal senior management and external disclosure risk management reports
- Experience with digital and data analytics technologies, computer literate in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge with Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) systems desirable
