We are looking for a global Management Reporting and Analysis functional workstream lead who will be an integral part of the Plan to Deliver (P2D) process under the ABB Way FTP. Management reporting and analysis is a Core process owned by the Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) organization and this critical role is an opportunity to Build the Future of ABB Finance in close collaboration with a broad range of stakeholders across the organization. As functional workstream lead, you will be responsible for future-proofing our management reporting and analysis capabilities. Key objective of this role is to design global management reporting capability (standard dashboards, targeted analytics, self-service functionality, published outputs) based on extended data models and new technology enabled by finance transformation program. You will work closely with Businesses, Finance transformation program teams, Corporate FP&A, and other functions to set-up the foundation. You will further play a key role in setting up governance and operations for the reporting platform ensuring the solution can fulfill FP&A requirements. We are looking for someone with strong finance and analytical background to step into the program, quickly get up to speed and bring the best of analytical capabilities from inside the company or externally into setting new standard for ABB. The role allows for innovation and setting standards at global level. This role will report into Plan to Deliver Process leader in the FTP

**Your responsibilities**:

- Act as a Global Expert and Thought Leader for management reporting and analysis activities at ABB under the finance transformation program.
- Lead the design of global management reports, standard analytics, self-service functionality, and published outputs. In addition to the financial statements, to ensure delivery of the orders and backlog related, profitability, cash flow management, cost, etc. reporting and analysis.
- Ensure data, KPIs and dimensions are being used in the most effective way to drive performance management at ABB.
- Partner with Planning workstream lead and integrated reporting initiatives to ensure the information is being used consistently in a governed manner.
- Lead subsequent implementation and roll-out of the management reporting and analysis processes in line with the newly defined process and reporting capabilities.
- Act as the final sign off responsible on UAT for reports designed and delivered as part of the management reporting workstream.
- Act as an SME to support preparation of communication and training material related to release of new management reports with multiple cross functional and business stakeholders.
- Keep documentation on management reporting and analysis processes up to date and ensuring all interfaces are captured and reflected in process documentation.
- Organize and run related workshops with key stakeholders to ensure understanding, engagement, and alignment.
- Facilitate and ensure best practices are leveraged and scaled where applicable, driving strong working relationships with Business Finance community and functional partners.

**Your background**:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in FP&A or Operational finance functions of a Global organization. ABB business controlling experience is a significant plus.
- Master’s level degree in Finance, Engineering or Data Science.
- Strong finance acumen, complimented with process thinking; ability to deal with ambiguity and to use a structured approach to problem solving. Knowledge of ABB businesses and operations is a plus.
- Proven track record of business partnering and informing decision making. Strong analytical capabilities required.
- Experience with performance management processes, data, and systems design, organizing, and running workshops. Interdisciplinary thinking skills required.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional and data specificities and assess the impact of data decisions on the creation and generation of high-quality analysis.
- An agile, strategic thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills. Able to translate a global vision into action plans related to aligning data, process, and purpose for collective success.
