The ABB Way Finance Transformation Program is a business-led program that will help to underpin the new ABB Way operating model and the decentralization agenda. It is a key first step in modernizing the finance part of our legacy ERP estate and will create sustainable benefits for ABB. As an MDG Finance SME, you will be helping the global process owner and design leads to collect requirements, review them with different stakeholder groups, working out design and to work closely with IS to support development and deployment of new functionalities and improvements.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Collect, assess and prioritize requirements, improvement ideas and enhancements in the area of finance master data
- Identify dependencies and review them with impacted stakeholders such as business area representatives, process streams (R2R, P2D) and project teams.
- Assess feasibility of requirements, changes and improvements with IS teams.
- Translate requirements and changes into feasible design elements and help the deployment of them with testing, communication and change management
- Ensure documentation and training materials are kept up to date and help to communicate them.
- Support the roll-out of MDG-F in the areas of localization design / Adapt-To-Standard, Testing and Hypercare support.

**Your background**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, finance or information technology
- 5+ years experience in finance master data management with a focus on cost centers, profit centers and CoA
- Solid understanding of processes relying on customer and supplier master data such as R2R or P2D.
- Strong experience and interest for how technology and systems can support business processes
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) to present master data matters in an easily understandable way across various forums and levels of the organization with the right level of detail
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and ability to work as part of a multi-geographic team
- Adaptable to working in a fast-paced, ever-changing data environment
- Experience in delivering training to key users and end-users
- Strong team player with collaborative approach
- Ability to effectively meet strict deadlines and work under pressure
- Sense for practical solutions in balancing requirements with business practicability and risk taking
