As a Data Lead NewGen Process Automation, responsible for designing a data solution that enables and sustains the business design. The Data Tower's scope will vary over the course of the program lifecycle and include responsibility for designing and delivering an effective data strategy and design for NewGen PA, which enables the program's target business processes and information requirements. In delivering against the scope, the role holder will lead a Data team to align across key program milestones, dates, dependencies, activities and risks/issues to ensure the overall solution is delivered on time and within budget with the right quality. In doing so, the team will work closely with the Business Solution Design team, Technical team, Deployment teams, PMO and Solution Architects.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Working closely with the Business Solution Design team to develop the target data model for in-scope data objects to support operational requirements while taking into account the ABB Group's long term vision of the Data Architecture
- Lead on developing the target data governance design, leveraging work progressed to date by the ABB Way Finance Transformation Program (FTP)
- Lead the data migration and cleansing strategy, using data profiling and insights to improve the quality of decision-making and prioritisation of the data resources on the program and in the business to reflect agreed priorities.
- Work closely with the deployment teams to drive data cleansing improvements aligned with the agreed deployment priorities and plan. This will include supporting interactions with global and local Division teams on how to deliver local data cleansing requirements.
- Coordinating the business requirements and rollout of a global MDM solution.
- Working closely with the Technical team to agree on the data governance tooling requirements and deployment plans, as required to enable the program.
- Managing data teams in complex environments that include client staff, contractors, and system integrators.
- Coordinating between program workstream leads.
- Providing regular status updates to senior stakeholders

**Your background**:

- Have proven experience designing modern business solutions enabled by data & technology
- Be experienced in large transformation programs enabled by technology, ideally SAP S/4HANA.
- Have proven people management skills, including workflow and dependency management
- Possess outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
- Possess excellent organisational and time management skills
- Possess sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Be a creative thinker with a vision.
- Pay attention to the details.
- Have experience within the high-technology industry with broad exposure to functions including Finance, Procurement & Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Sales
- Preferably experience with working in an Agile environment.
