- Process management is a powerful tool that enables teams to analyze their business processes and identify opportunities to automate, innovate and reduce risk. As a Process Management Team Lead in the Chief Digital and Information Office, you will help multiple UBS functions including Automation, Technology and Risk to digitize process data and build analytics to support several use cases and actively drive change and transformation across the CDIO area.
- Key responsibilities:
- own definition and delivery of the objectives and key results for CDIO
- support the OM team members as they guide CDIO functions to map their processes to ARIS
- showcase how to analyze processes in ARIS using the built-in analytics tools and Tableau dashboards
- capture process improvement inventory and key results specifically for CDIO COO functions
- engage with B/Ds and CDIO functions to define broader use cases that benefit technology & risk
- successfully implement viable use cases to realize benefits
- define Strategy and visualize the bigger picture and where to further add value
- Team Lead of ARIS Analysts and Project Managers in Switzerland and Poland

**Your team**
- You'll be leading the CDIO Process Management and Simplification team, a small team of project managers and analyst experts on digitizing processes and driving analysis to find hidden opportunities and come up with automation and simplification ideas. As the team lead, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders and the different CDIO COO Functions and Divisions and play a key role in driving process improvements and simplifications.

**Your expertise**
- ideally 6+ years of work experience in project management or delivery lead
- experience and background in leading and managing transformation initiatives
- strategic perspective combined with implementation focus
- a proven track record of collaborating and delivering in matrix environments by driving consensus and get buy in from various stakeholders
- ARIS and BPMN knowledge
- held positions directly interfacing with senior stakeholders
- good planning skills with the ability to manage different streams of activities
