**NGPA Cluster Lead “Governance | Data Inventory | Enterprise Data Model”**:

In this role you will be responsible to lead all activities in the NewGen PA Data Tower on Data Inventory and a to be designed Enterprise Data Model in close collaboration with Divisions driven activities in the same field. Support and work with the Tower Lead on Data Governance with in the NewGen PA scope to complement existing frameworks from CFIN and HRTP. Manage the internal and external teams involved, support the tool selection for EDM and other related tools. Deliver input to other related Clusters in the NewGen PA Data Tower, such as Data Cleansing, Migration planning, etc. Work in close collaboration with the Technology Tower for the selection and implementation of tools to fit into the new overall architecture.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Identification and recording of existing data object and future data objects, based on future process designs.
- Define objectives and use cases for the Enterprise Data Model.
- Marketing of the concept to all relevant stakeholders in the divisions.
- Collecting of the reporting requirements (data quality dashboard, framework, etc.).
- Complete analysis of existing concepts (CFIN, HRTP)
- Support the Data Tower-lead to finalize NewGen PA Governance framework.
- Application of Framework to EDM
- Define and implement the organizational requirements to run the Governance Model together with the Data Tower-lead.
- Start setup organization and framework.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a track record of designing and implementing effective data models.
- Deep understanding of project management
- Sound knowledge of related tools
- Data Base Functionality
- Interface technologies
- Microsoft office and SharePoint
