In this role, you will support the global ABB Way Finance Transformation Program Tax team and have accountability and responsibility of coordinating the implementation of the new T2 in collaboration with multiple stakeholders in the organization.
**This position reports to**:
Indirect Tax Transformation Lead
**Your responsibilities**:
- Deep understanding of FTP program scope and local deployment requirements with specific focus in Tax processes.
- Actively encourage collaboration, pragmatism, creativity, and candidness across workstreams and business units to achieve desired outcomes.
- Understand and adhere to project methodology, toolset and standards.
- Lead and coordinate T2 implementation, from project planning to stabilisation.
- Influence, partner and drive alignment with central and local PMO teams to ensure goals are achieved as planned.
- Drive issue resolution to achieve milestones and project outcomes.
- Manage interdependencies between multiple projects/initiatives of complex nature.
- Lead change and relationships in an effective way, involving processes, technology, ways of working and data.
- Drive overall project schedule, milestones, tasks, and cost estimates.
- Participate in technology/solution decisions with architecture and process teams, to include ensuring that technical design, unit testing, deployment, and implementation requirements are properly documented.
**Your background**:
- Experience in Tax processes and/or implementation of tax systems in a multinational enterprise or global transformation programs.
- Proven project management experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience coupled with university level education in Business Administration or Information systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills: present and report activities clearly and effectively, sensitive to communication related to all levels of stakeholders and functions Tax, IS, Technology, Consultants, etc.
- Finely tuned organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
- Good at networking.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
